Thank you for writing to us explaining the discrepancies in your water bill. We are sorry to hear about any difficulties you have had.
The inspection on your property taken by our technician determined there were no leaks within the existing pipe. While our policy states that we may offer a partial refund in the case of accidental water leaks, we cannot grant your appeal in this circumstance because no leaks were found in the inspection. However, this case can always be revisited if abnormalities continue to occur.
If you notice discrepancies in your bill again next month, we would be happy to do another inspection.
